Assessing the Starting Point:

Initially, a comprehensive assessment was conducted to grasp the fundamentals of her leadership style and the rationale behind her decision to take on this new challenge. This entrepreneur had successfully manifested and developed her first product company from scratch, and was in the process of creating a niche product-market fit.
